Terrapin Crossroads is thrilled to unveil the full lineup and further details for Sunday Daydream Vol 3, taking place on Sunday, July 21, 2024, at McNears Beach in San Rafael. This event, inspired by the many incredible outdoor shows at the old Terrapin Crossroads, is one of two all-day festivals celebrating music, community, spirit, family, and fun against the stunning backdrop of Marin County’s bay shoreline. The second festival, Sunshine Daydream Vol 4, is scheduled for August 18, 2024.
Sunday Daydream Vol. 3 Lineup:
This stellar lineup will pay tribute to the 50th Anniversary of the Grateful Dead’s legendary performance at the Hollywood Bowl in 1974.
Additionally, “Stories and Songs with Phil Lesh” will add to the full day of entertainment. A beloved tradition at Terrapin Crossroads, Phil Lesh is excited to bring back story time for the young ones. The Camp Terrapin Kid Zone will also be in full swing, offering face painting, inflatables, games, and more!
“With this festival series, we’re sharing the legacy of these wonderful musicians and tours and re-creating the community spirit of Terrapin Crossroads,” said Phil Lesh. “I love the opportunity to celebrate this music, bring it to new and diverse audiences, and keep the spirit alive.”
Sunday Daydream Vol. 4 Lineup:
Full lineup details for Vol. 4 will be announced soon.
“The music that my father, David Grisman, and his close friend, Jerry Garcia, made in the early 90s in the house that I grew up in is not only some of the most timeless acoustic music ever recorded, but it also triggers my oldest and fondest musical memories,” said Sam Grisman.
