Summer may be over, but multi-platinum country star Niko Moon is keeping those vacation vibes going with the surprise release of AMERICAN PALM Deluxe, which features two new songs, including “BREATHE,” via EMPIRE. This deluxe is an expansion of the album of the summer that features previously released songs “KING OF THE ISLAND,” “SANDCASTLES,” “BOAT SONG,” and “I LOVE THIS BEACH,” which have collectively reached over 21+ million streams online and counting.

Niko celebrated the release with a performance of “BOAT SONG” on Live with Kelly and Mark this week, teasing the surprise deluxe:
“Niko Moon has one of the most popular songs right now. His new album is filled with feel good songs, and already, rumor has it he may be coming out with more soon! Here’s Niko Moon with ‘Boat Song!'”

On the new deluxe album’s focus track “BREATHE,” Niko said:
“‘BREATHE’ is all about that place where you can take a deep breath and let your worries drift away. I find peace when I’m by the water. I wrote this song to be a mantra of positive self-talk and a celebration of the coast.”
The beautiful music video for the track features Niko in his element: by the water in vacation mode. It adds to the already “mental vacation” Niko strived to take listeners on for the AMERICAN PALM album and gives you a sense of calm as it talks about the places that bring you peace.

Earlier on the album, Niko commented:
“With this album, I wanted to create a world people could escape into. AMERICAN PALM is my version of paradise, built on love, peace, and a deep breath of ocean air. It’s about slowing down, soaking up the moment, and finding joy in the simple things that make life feel full.”
Up next, Niko will continue on the road with his own headline AMERICAN PALM TOUR—on sale now! The tour adds to an already long run of dates for Niko, who previously performed to a packed crowd at Stagecoach, supported Russell Dickerson & Michael Franti, and announced his first-ever Good Time Charleston event. This past July 4th, he also took the stage in Nashville for their annual Let Freedom Sing! Music City July 4th celebration.
The 13 new shows kick off October 2 in Rosemont, IL at Joe’s Live and bring Niko to some of the country’s top stages, including House of Blues in Anaheim on October 9, San Francisco’s Regency Ballroom on October 14, and wrapping up in Lake Buena Vista, FL on November 14.
This year has already been packed for Niko, as his recent song “SANDCASTLES” was released in honor of Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month in June. The song captures the beauty of life’s impermanence, blending warm coastal textures with tender acoustic elements. Lyrically, it contemplates a powerful question: If we lived forever, would we still feel the magic in the little things? The result is an emotionally resonant anthem encouraging listeners to love deeply, live fully, and embrace the here and now—because even the most beautiful moments are temporary.
Recently, Niko hosted the inaugural Good Time Charleston, a family-friendly day of music, yoga, food trucks, and community connection, also in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.
