Back 2 Mac- Tribute to Fleetwood Mac Celebrating Christine McVie will take the Main Stage at City Winery Boston on Thursday, Jan. 12. Joining Back 2 Mac as special guest vocalists in this tribute concert celebrating the life and career of Fleetwood Mac’s Christine McVie, will be some of New England’s most accomplished singer-songwriters including Rose Polenzani, Naomi Westwater, Dinty Child, and Danielle Miraglia. A singer-songwriter, McVie wrote several of the band’s biggest hits, including “Over My Head,” “Don’t Stop,” and “You Make Loving Fun.” She passed away in November, 2022 leaving a legacy of creating some of the most popular music of the late 20th century.

Back 2 Mac formed as all great tributes do… a group of lifelong musical friends got together for one night in 2010 to play the 1977 Fleetwood Mac album “Rumours.” Twelve years later, Back 2 Mac have a song list of 35+ classic Mac songs that span the chart topping era of Buckingham / Nicks / McVie and also feature highlights of the early years when Peter Green and Bob Welsh penned classic songs like “Black Magic Woman” and “Sentimental Lady”.
